The wife and I met with a guy who was connected to Arbor homes. We checked some of the houses, seemed built ok but I know there are ton of these builders in the Indy area. I was just wondering if anyone has had really good experiences or really bad experiences with builders and who they were? You can feel free to send me a private message if you don't want to bash a company in the forums. Also if you know what area's they build in. Arbor had a lot of locations but they were pretty far out in each city we looked in. Westfield, Fishers, Brownsburg and Whitestown. Any help is appreciated.

I just recently had a Pulte home built. pretty good experience. Good builder. Don't know anything about Arbor homes - but I think they tend to build less expensive homes.
