Hello All,

Can you recommend a broker in the Carmel/Fishers area? We are not only moving to IN from NY, but we have never been to IN, as well as we dont currently even own our home in NY so we are basically completely clueless. Anyone know of a knowledgeable and patient broker in their 30's? (We are in our 30's so would like someone who understands our needs.)

Thanks!!

Full disclosure: this gentleman (Brian Black) is my friend from college. Very sharp guy who's helped a lot of people I know from school buy a place in the Carmel/Fishers area. He's in his early 30s and represents Kucic Associates Realty.
