Hey everyone,

I have run into a bit of a snag on a home I am trying to buy. The house is bank owned and apparently on a shared well. It is in the raymond/keystone area of town.

Normally doesn't a shared well have some sort of agreement with the deed? The real estate agents have no clue and I am having problems finding out any information. I have a well company coming out to try to find the well next week. But, that isn't going to clear up the agreement stuff. I was thinking a trip down to the recorders office might help but figured the title company would be able to find the stuff as well. Which they haven't been able too.

I am curious if any of you have lived in a part of Indianapolis that had this set up?
