Hi! Relocating to your lovely area and working near the airport - in need of neighborhoods within 20 mins in peak traffic times where there are decent schools, young families and nice parks/rec. We consider ourselves middle/middle class so we aren't looking for the be$t necessarily, just good. Any and all help is truly appreciated. Family of four, two year old and 6 month old babies.

Plainfield should meet your needs. Whole area is just west of the airport and the commute should be a snap. Some great parks and a large housing stock of all prices. Schools good too.

Avon is very slightly farther away and with the Ronald Regan Parkway there is a good way down to the airport. Again good schools, all the necessary items and a wide variety of housing. Iwould check out these two areas.

343 houses for sale in these two areas on mibor.com.

Plainfield/Avon/Danville/Brownsburg.

These suburbs are out of Marion County (Indianapolis)

If you are going to live on the west side, be in Hendricks County.

Better schools, less crime

Definitely Avon or Plainfield. Brownsburg might be good too, but is a little further North and might not fit your 20 minute commute. There are plenty of options that should fit your needs.
