Alright! One more questions about apartments. I was doing some looking online and noticed the prices of Pickford Place (? I think) a lot less then what I was looking at in Fishers.

It looks way cheaper and close to my office in Carmel, but what about the area?

Anybody know this area?

N. Ditch and 96th I think. I want to know if this is an ok family area.

Thanks

I believe you are thinking of Pickwick Apts? They seemed a little sketchy to me. We ended up in Fishers, didn't really like the 86th/Ditch area.

They are much older, next to the interstate, have a lot of transients since they advertise that they rent to a lot on month to month fully furnished basis.

I would think there are better.
