Also what isn't progressive enough to you doesn't matter. You are 1 fish in the sea and what matters to most people is what counts. Not a single person like you.
BRG is back and is trying to be better than ever!

Indy is what it is, is a very conservative (to me) town. For me the job market was very limited (IT). It simply is not progressive enough for me. They put too much emphasis on sports and not on the more important issues such as education, police, city infrastructure, library, mass transit etc. They spent around $720 million for a sports stadium, but the city streets are crumbling, library hours cut, sending raw sewage into the river and on and on and on.

So that place wasn't for me. I've moved on.
Marion County is a Democrat county. While Indy is more conservative than most big cities and has a Republican mayor, it is not a conservative city.

I agree that the roads are crumbling and crime is out of control, but it is not like the city should be hurting for money. Taxes are high in IN for what you get.

I've been there, most of Sac feels a lot like what you see when you go north on the 65 and leave Indy limits. Downton Sacramento is like Indy downtown, but their airport suck balls, ours is way better.

The 10 years I spent in Indianapolis were the worst of my life. Kentucky is a bazillion times better and I always look forward to going back there. The best thing about Indy these days is the airport.

Can you please make a constructive and logical comment by stating why KY is a "bazillion" times better than Indy?
