When I drive through on 40 it has a hipster feel. Is this a hipster neighborhood? If so, what brought that about?

Some hipsters have moved in, but I am not sure I would call it a hipster community.

I wouldn't call it hipster. Hipsters still tend to flock to Fountain Square. Both are great neighborhoods. I tend to see more "hip" families in Irvington now.
