As far as traffic goes it isn't bad now, and I agree it might be the location of a future roundabout. That's not a bad thing, in my opinion. Westfield's roundabouts usually have a small footprint and you would only lose a small bit of property. That house sits back far enough from the road that it wouldn't be an issue.

I like Anthony Road, begins north of SR 32 in Westfield. Nice rolling hills (or what passes for hills in Indiana) and many homes on 3 -5 acres or more. Also Moontown Rd Hinkle Rd, Grassy Branch, Mule Barn Rd, Six Points Rd and others between 32 and 246th St.
