my wife and are considering moving to indiana,
we are considering having a new home built by m/i homes, can anyone give any info about that builder or arbor homes.......

Both of those builders are pretty good. I am a Realtor here in Indy, and one thing a lot of people don't know is that you can and SHOULD use a Realtor even when you are building new. You might want to go down to the real estate section of this site and ask there about why. It really is in your best interest to be represented by someone who is looking out for you as opposed to the sales rep. in the model home who works for the builder.

We built with Arbor about 6 years ago - pretty smooth process, pretty good prices - no problems so far. Not a lot of 'custom' options and they don't go over them well so ask to see a list of extra options - you'll be glad you did.
