We love Carmel but are thinking about moving somewhere warmer for health reasons. In a perfect world I would just move the whole city to a warmer climate. Does anyone know if there are cities that offer the beauty, walkability, activities, etc. like Carmel but in a better climate?

You're question is pretty vague. Do you mean within the state of Indiana or outside the state? There are cities like Carmel all over the country. You need to be more specific.
