I was wondering if you guys can tell me more information about the housing rental market for Indianapolis. I know the COL is a lot less but I wanted to know if there's an excess supply or demand for housing rentals over there. Thank you.

I've gotten the sense that there is a lot of supply of rentals, perhaps an oversupply. But that said, for some reason the rent-purchase ratio is quite high and is very favorable to landlords.
