Hi everyone

We have located several homes that we like in the Carmel/Fishers/Noblesville area but also came across Carmel Woods, which would be somewhat less expensive to rent and very close to Clarian North where I will be working.

Has anyone had any experience with this complex? Is it clean, nice area etc...
My understanding is that Carmel doesn't really have 'bad' areas but I want to be sure before we pursue any particular property.

Another home was in the Sweet Creek Trail area of Fishers, looks lovely from the web, but close to 69, anyone familiar with this area?

Thanks-I appreciate all the info!

The sweet creek trail place won't be affected by I-69 really. It's a nice quiet area since 121st & Hoosier Road aren't major thoroughfares. I take it that it's a house for rent there?

And no, there aren't any bad areas of Carmel (I'm talking to you faina! Sorry).

Thanks again Domergirl!

I hate to keep picking your brain, but I noticed the Carmel Landing complex (used to be Tree Top) is technically in Westfield's school district. Do you know off hand if Westfield is comparable to the Carmel/Fishers schools? I have tried to find that info online but didn't find anything real specific.

Westfield schools are good, but not as good as Fishers/Carmel. I will say though, if you have a daughter who is a runner, Westfield is quite possibly one of the best places in the state for runners.
