I am moving to Indianapolis and need help with renting an apartment closer to North-West Indy. I was also wondering if apartment complexes in Indianapolis do short term rentals (4 to 6 months) as I would like to buy a house soon. I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Yes some do - Not sure which ones will - there are a ton of apartments on the northwestside of Indy - many are run down and not very nice, but for 6 months it should be OK

You will have to pay extra to rent less than a year at most of the apartment complexes. Some are not very nice, but there are alot of solid complexes as well. Pickwick Place, Chelsea Village, Villa Nova, Villages of Eagle Creek are all good places. I guess that is only four right of the top of my head. Deercross is on the fringe of what some might consider "NW Indy," but they are not bad, that part of West 38th is good if you don't mind the accelerate 465 project contruction.
