Yasnai, how can you blame your husband for not noticing that the back yard was 'tiny'? Didn't you look at the house and yard too before the two of you bought it?

AGREEKDUDE... which side of town do you work on? I could always use good people to add to my list of vendors!
Eastside but am willing to go to anyside of town if the job is right. Send me a direct message if interested in anything.

In response to Southside Shrek,

I blame my hubby because this was my first home that I built. It was his second home and he seems to be better at measuring than I am. However, I have educated myself since all of this. My next home I will know how big my back yard will be because I will measure it myself.

Yep, it indeed sounds like a case of a hubby who neglected to adequately inform the wife about how small the back yard was going to be after the house was built.

Yes but we all live and learn! I still love him! Hopefully we can sell this house at some point!
