Has anyone heard if anyone will be providing shuttle bus service to the 400 in a few weeks? Thanks!

Be careful. Some of these news articles appear to be last year. The IndyGo referred to Sunday July 29th and that is Wed this year so the article was for last year.

It did, but then the federal government started attaching all kinds of strings to the grants provided to IndyGo, which threaten those shuttles.

That's a good idea, domergurl. However, I think those around the race are more concerned about Goodyear tires right now.
