Yeah, I agree! However, if I were the victims, I would sue the pants off of the school system and most likely win big time to make a point....

I'm not aware that any were going to IU or were recruited by IU. The father of one the young men played at IU and has a long association with IU. The father of another played at DePauw. One was recruited by Miami that I can confirm.

I'm sure they will all be going to college-since one of the fathers used to be an I U player and NBA player-I bet he gets treated with more kid gloves next year. Wonder if he used kid gloves on his victims? I hope the colleges show some integrity and withdraw their offers,The last thing IU needs is some thug on the team just because of who his father is.

A Diversion or Nolo contendere. Probably a Diversion. Maybe the kids can volunteer for the oil cleanup in the Gulf.

I don't think they would fit well in the Big Brother Program.

looks like Kitzinger and Hoge are going to be charged in Hendricks county .... maybe that one won't be so kind.

Heck, Marion County Prosecuting Attorney Carl Brizzi has probably done a lot worse than any of those kids and he hasn't been charged with anything.
