CattiN Around Internet Access?? (laptop, mouse, wireless, working)

Just noticed if I move the icon for the mouse on the laptop over the volume level it says CattiN Around Internet Access. Anyone know what that is?

I'm not sure if it's the program that runs the internet or something?? I know nothing about computers.

If I click on it, it says

Currently connected to CattiN internet access
Wireless internet connection



So is that just the program that runs the internet on the laptop?

Oh, and it's not the volume level it's over I guess. On the laptop the volume is a speaker. The thing it's on looks like the bars on my cell to tell me how much reception I'm getting.

CattiN is the name associated with your router. It's called an SSID
