Bugs with facebook's new "updates" runined our facebook page. We could no longer be identified, post to our wall, or interect with customers. While it worked, it was perfect for our little business. When it flopped, we got/get countless phone calls per day wanting our info.
Is it time to start a website?? I'm not technologically savvy, but I'm up for a challenge. Any advice? Thank you!

Drives me nuts when a company doesn't have a website. Oh, but they are on Facebook? wtf. I am supposed to: go to Facebook, search for you, hopefully find you. CLick on you, friend you... wait.. where is your product information...
Website + Facebook + Twitter in some cases + LinkedIN.
I've never even heard of LinkedIn. I will have to check it out. Thanks!
