when trying to access my Hotmail e-mail account I get a "your account has been temporarily blocked." Well it's been like that for most of this month. I have reset my password a couple of times already. I have tried doing what it tells me to do to unblock my email in windows live help solution center, but it requires that I log on, which results in the same message

This is the message that gets sent out when the FBI is looking into your emails for child porn. Hope you have nothing to hide.

After a month? Wow. Call them. If you don't get anywhere, just grab another email address and transfer your mail into it from backups.

They list 1-855-826-6766 for tech support. Somehow, with a billion customers, I can't imagine that operators are standing by.

I've heard that Hotmail and Yahoo both, if one person files any kind of complaint against you, they just suspend your account, and never bother to investigate it. It's what the world is like when frightened people control your life, and the internet is scared ****less of the government.

That # comes up with this URL.

.: Technical Support Today : FAQ :.

It's not Microsoft, though I guess they COULD be connected. I doubt it. Everything I've ever read says you cannot CALL MSN for Hotmail support. I believe your account was hacked. A similar thing happened to a friend of ours. In the mean time you should set up another account and create a strong PW.

Here's a link that has some additional info.

Good Luck!
