Here is a site/concept that could make IT/Network Security Pros life a nightmare or it could be a blessing for some:

The Coral Content Distribution Network

Screenr is really is to use. The site installs a plug-in needed. If you are using Firefox + NoScript, you will have to allow at least screenr.com and rpxnow.com (sign-in window) in order to use the plug in and other the site features.
Probably best to allow everything as the site doesn't have any malicious ads or bugs.

To publish your screen captures, you will need to register and log in first but you can use one of your existing other accounts such as your gmail, yahoo mail, Facebook, etc.:

1. To get things rolling, click on the "Launch Screen Recorder Now" button. Install required plug-in (one time):

2. You will see the capture screen appear on your desktop with a default capture window size of 854x480.
Depending on your needs and monitor screen resolution, you can change the size to one of the few other available sizes or choose "full screen" to capture everything on your desktop:

3. If you are going to use sound in your screen capture then I suggest you double check the selected audio input device before clicking on the red dot to start the screen capture:

4. You can stop and re-start the screen capture by holding ALT and D or the Pause button (the red button becomes pause button once you start the capture). 1 Caveat: You cannot change the capture window size once you start the capture, to change size, you will have to cancel/delete that recording and start over:

Note: to move the capture window during the capture, you can move your cursor over the area highlighted in yellow, hold the left mouse button down and move the capture window as it continues to record.
ALT+D key combo alternates between starting and stopping the capturing process.

5. Once you are done with the process and ready to publish you work, click on the green DONE button.

6. Back on the Screenr web site, it will automatically display your finished product and give you 2 options, publish your work or delete it:

Also at this final window, you can type in any text you want displayed with your work.

That is pretty much it!
