SOPA/PIPA 'dead' as OPEN bill rises from ashes - Computerworld Blogs
Do you want to wager on it' reappearance after the elections in November. It's not dead, it has been "shelved" Look for it to return in the first quarter of 2013.

This bill is the impetus of the special interests in Hollywood, and you can be sure they will keep trying. It is also an example of how our government continues to trample freedoms.

The vague wording and presumption of guilt it represents (regardless of what the bill addresses) should scare the hell out of every American. Granted this isn't the forum for a basic Civics lesson, but watching the government attempts at catering to the special interests make it one.
