If you mean City-Data, you turned on "beige" as the default style. Scroll all the way down the screen and find the "Default Style" drop down the bottom left corner of the C-D screen.
Care to tell us where this Internet trim is located?

This trim is brown with alternating designs under the tool bar and below the bottom of the page. I'm running Firefox. I guess you could call it a theme.
