As you type, Google's algorithm predicts and displays search queries based on other users' search activities and the contents of web pages indexed by Google. The word is coprolagnia. The dictionaries infuse it with a sexual meaning by default. Sorry, but that is wrong. When I worked one of the locked wards at an institution, we had three or four patients that did this somewhat regularly. One in particular was very creative. In isolation with a plasticized mattress and a jumpsuit, he would smear everything including himself, the walls, the mattress, eat some, and then grin with particles of it on his teeth. When people talk about a s--- eating grin, I know that they usually have no clue what it really is. To answer the question, yeah, I had to clean the stuff up. (Those were the days before nitrile gloves, too.) Just part of the job. Maybe that is why I get a chuckle out of hissy fits and people who think they are upsetting me.
