Hello my cable company bandwidth meter has not been working since July 12 when I log in the last day it shows the 13 but has no data and the days after that are not even listed. Is this a common problem with cable company meters? My provider (NOT COMCAST) has just recently started a cap in June (250G) per month we only use about 50G a month so im not worried about it. Should I call them and ask? I'm on the fence about calling them because they may mess something up. My new cycle was supposed on the 6th of july but did not clear itself until the 10th and had the data from the 6,7,8,9,10 added to the new cycle like it should have been. So should I call them and ask or just see if it works its way out.
Thanks for any advice.
PS hope this makes sense.

If you want them to fix it, call them. If you don't, don't call them?
If they don't fix it you can always claim it wasn't working if they shut you down for over usage.

If my connection is working fine and you're not worried about overages, I wouldn't worry about it.

If it's not working when you try to access and there's a message to that effect then take a screen shot from time to time, save as a jpg.

Update on bandwidth meter, It started working on its own a few days ago. I just wish the cable company would have put a notice saying it was down but then again that would make sense.
