Hi I was helping my mom scan some documents yesterday for her job and I have not used a scanner and years and was a little confused.

I would normally just fax the document but the recipient of the document was unable to recieve faxes so I scanned and email the documents to them.

My question is I what extentsion is the better extension to send this type of item?

I sent it via TIFF extension is this easiest form to open far as download time?

IF you have access to adobe, convert it to a pdf. That would be easiest for most people. Liz

If you don't have a pdf writer, download the CutePDF writer from download.com. It's great! You just print to the pdf writer instead of the computer and it saves it for you.

Yes, include the link to adobe reader just in case. Since it is a free download to the reader, no harm, no foul. Liz
