I don't condone piracy or the business practices of the large media corporations. That said it's been humorous watching the RIAA/MPAA playing the world's largest game of Whack-A-Mole for almost two decades now. At some point they have to come to the realization that damn mole is going to pop his head out of some hole. The legitimate consumers are just as much to blame accepting the restrictions placed on what they buy.

In the long run they are screwed any way since the more aggressive they get the more anti-copyright parties are going to win European elections and get entrenched and without Europe on board any real enforcement is going to be pretty much impossible.
