I wish Google Fiber will come to the Northeast. Much better than the xfinity I have now. Heck, in CT, I don't even have Fios. I have optimum, but after negotiating with xfinity, faster internet.

Only yesterday, I was talking to a very low income woman (wouldn't qualify for this program,) who puts up with excruciating slowness due to old equipment that's barely hanging on, but pays full price for service.
Due to location, I used AOL dialup since 1998 until 6 years ago and even managed to sell 1000s of items on eBay.

I meant that the article, itself, is full of people complaining about the quality of the service. It's not something that was introduced in this thread first.
Its a cheap product for basic services like any other cheap product aimed at minimum needs.
