This website gets so much criticism from all the stuff you hear on the news but people don't realize how great the site actually is when it comes to housing and employment. I was able to find a job on craiglist and the current apt I am living in now which is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Not only that you have the option for platonic friend meet ups or even dating if you choose to

So why is this great site so criticize when it allows you to accomplish so much?

Craigslist is a household name for like 90+% of the developed world, not sure how you think it's underrated. My great grandmother knows what craigslist is and she's never been on the internet.

Theres good and bad with it. We posted years ago a washer and dryer. We were firm on the price. A guy came out and we wouldnt go down on price so he threw a hissy fit and posted how it was a scam. We didnt have a washer dryer. Luckily someone with common sense trusted us and came to buy it.

I was going to say it is the most over-rated, but I forgot about Twitter.

Craigslist is one of the very few websites that doesn't use third party cookies. You don't have to worry about who is tracking your 'clicks'.
