I just discovered that within the past few days that hotmail/outlook has decided to block emails from my private business email address to hotmail users. No bounceback notifications, and there is no spam coming from it, just anything I send to a hotmail address gets bit bucketed. What a crap way of doing business.

Check the outbound queue on your server, and the SMTP logs. Your messages may just be deferred, so they are still in the queue (you'll get a bounce notice once they hit the retry period / count).

Is it shared hosting? If so, I'd run the IP through an RBL check to ensure that the server isn't blacklisted. In shared hosting it's often some other customer on the server that gets everyone on the server blocked.
