Also what's more messed up is if someone pirated a DVD/CD and you bought it from them not knowing it was pirated you can't sell it to someone else (even if you honestly told them that's what it was) even though you didn't get to get the money back from your scammer.

This is a funny topic, any site you visit in a web browser has been downloaded to your pc, no matter the browser you use, it gets stored in cache/temp/ram files that then other processes on your pc may duplicate even if the browser cleans up after itself.

hate these topics as they usually devolve into tech sparring, in order to view/look at anything you must first download it somehow, end of story.
