I think that FB is a good and an informal way to find people with the same interests.

Bwahaha. I actually did check out Twitch to see what the hub bub was about. I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw someone tip this guy $50! $50 freaking dollars?!? Probably some millennial living in his moms basement. LOL! I kid, I kid.

Like Skunky I assume, my gaming time is precious. If I have time to WATCH someone game?!? I'd rather just GAME!

Yep ... Between running a business, doing actual work for my clients, keeping the wife happy, etc. I don't have much time for gaming, so when I do have time, I want to actually play.

I'm not a gamer myself. Not serious, anyway. I live vicariously through my son.

He's on Twitch/Pulse and Discord for tips and techniques to improve his skills. He was also on Slack, but doesn't use it much. He gets exposure to professional level skills and competition. His gaming skills have improved immensely, watching and playing with these people online. Enough so that all his high school and college buddies are saying he should try to play professionally as he's way better than them now. But he not quite there yet. Needs better gear and connection.

I find these gamer-centric social media fascinating, for its business potential.
