I don't care for it. I don't want to see it on my search results.
Is there any way around it when using Google search? Like PERMANENTLY exclude Pinterest from ALL my Google searches?
I know, I can type -site: pinterest.com, EACH time I search for something, but I don't want to do it manually, every time.
Often I just highlight a word or phrase, and click search. I would like just do that without typing
-site: pinterest.com

I think you can do that if you use StartPage as your default search engine. Try it! It has the power of google but without their intrusiveness.
I think they have a way to routinely bypass certain search results.
Am I the only one who doesn't like Pinterest? It seems like the people on that site think they are much better than the average person. They want you to give them all kinds of information just to look at some of their crafts. What are they afraid of? Someone will steal an idea from them? I am a crafter and have very rarely run into anyone like those people on that site. True crafters are more than willing to share ideas, information, etc. I would love to not have them show up on my Google searches. If they want to be a special group, than stay off the public forums. Just my opinion.
When pinter first came out and wasn't being a jerk, I kind of liked it. At this point it is NOT visited by me, no matter how much the google search engine gets paid, and no-script is instructed to NOT allow pint to mess around with scripts if I happen to come across a site that links it. To me, it is a wink with an "a" instead of an "i" site.
One hardly hears about Pinterest these days. Although I have a Pinterest account I hardly use it and don't know anyone who uses it regularly nowadays.
