A couple days ago something happened, and I can hear the soundtrack, but do not see any YouTube video.
Although there is one movie out of 20, for which I can get both.
Rebooted the modem, the Roku, checked the Extender - all lights are green.
Sorry, I have to ask: what is the next step, please?
What is the root-cause: Roku, or YouTube?
The bad thing is YouTube and Roku do not have any REAL customer service.

I do not have roku but the first thing I would be looking into is reinstalling Youtube app. It would appear you add or remove them by adding/removing the "channel".

If all else fails there should be way to set it back to factory presets but that would set you back to the condition when you bought it.
