Hello guys i have specific problem, maybe someone can help me. There is video on youtube with 6 hours length. Is there possibility to download just specific 15 minutes part from it?

I'm pretty savvy on that type of thing and I am not aware of any way to do that.

Why not download the whole thing, and then edit it to be only the part you want?

Maybe... The video itself can't be clipped, but a good screen capture may be enough to do what you want. A couple of links to start, but search screen capture video for more:
