Hotmail updated to Outlook ~ Issues (email, screen, Office, click)

Having trouble with signing into Hotmail. Hotmail screen has been replaced by the new Outlook screen and that’s where the trouble is. Click sign in and it never asks for a password; the screen remains as the new Outlook appearance. I’m using windows 7 however that shouldn’t cause a problem with never getting a password screen I would think?

It would appear that they changed and went "back" to the original sign in screen. Now I can sign in and get to my emails without getting hung up on their new login screen page. Hope it remains this way until they fix their issue.
