I bought a domain from namecheap and was checking reviews / articles on their hosting. I'm willing to get the Stellar Plus plan but I see the main issue with them is uptime. I'm a graphics person, not a web expert, I just need some clarification. If I use NC hosting it means sometimes my site just won't be available at all? Visitors will see "this site can't be loaded right now?" Thanks

You do not have to host your site at a domain registrar. Especially if you know that there are problems with downtime.

That's exactly what I'm doing: I registered a domain on GoDaddy, and deployed a site on DreamHost. Therefore, I can recommend this hosting provider as reliable from my own experience. I also recommend perform website uptime monitoring on host-tracker site if you have any doubts about the stable performance of your web hosting.
