What is your favorite combination and why?
I have always used Firefox for a long time and I feel safe with it. Maybe it is just my imagination.
I also have always used DuckDuckGo, which I also imagines was safe.
But Firefox has been funky lately and DuckDuck is slow.
I am now on Microsoft Edge which I do NOT trust. I find it very annoying all the things it always wanting me to do. I like to keep things simple and familiar. But it is snappy.
I also now use Bling which also I don't trust. I feel it pushes too many sponsored sites when seraching.
I use Chrome and Google on my desktop and laptop, and Opera/DuckDuckGo on my phone. I used to use Opera on my desktop and laptop but it started being wonky so I switched back to Chrome.
Haven't used Firefox in years. It started being really wonky and I didn't want to deal with it. Thankfully Microsoft is no longer required by many sites, especially government. Remember that? I don't like Edge either. It's strange and so is Bing.
Whatever browser comes with whatever I’m using, and I’ve never abandoned yahoo. Google has always been off-putting to me, but it’s really because yahoo was there first.
I sue Firefox and DuckDuckGo, and have for some time. I am getting tired of Firefox's constant updates, especially those that change the settings it took me a long time to find and change. I sometimes switch to google for searching because DDG occasionally seems to fixate on a line of suggestions that are not helpful.
I use Firefox on all my devices (Linux, Mac, iPhone), and Qwant or DDG for searching.
