internet explorer error report (email, Microsoft, how to, work)

HELP!

Every time I try to compose an e-mail I get an Internet Explorer error report. Can somebody tell my why this happens and how to fix it?

We certainly need more info. What email program? Any messages other than "send this to MS"?

I think your basic adware/malware can cause that.. you may have some.. if this is XP and your running IE7 then you can use the repair function in Add/Remove Programs..

A good automatic cleaner assuming you can get it (you can post yes??) is malwarebytes.. you may also want to update to Internet Explorer 7 as well (IE7)

Thanks for the suggestions. This problem ocurred after I performed a system recovery. I installed microsoft updates and now it works.

i have internet explorer 8. everytime i try to download a file from my yahoo email i get this famous error reporting message "internet explorer has encountered an error and needs to be closed..." can someone please help me fix this error??

In the future you should start your own thread rather than hijacking someone elses. Are your Windows updates current? Have you run a malware scan?
