I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon. I usually try to get their free shipping deal but it seems a lot of items are priced just below the $25 minimum order.
Here's a site that helps you out by listing eligible "filler-items" that cost just above the minimum to reach the $25 total. One warning: item costs change and may not be the same as the site lists and every once in a while the item selected no longer is shown as "free shipping eligible".
With those caveats out of the way, I find the site useful for my spur of the moment buying habits:
