You can test it before visiting it using the link above.
If the url is chatroulette.com, I checked and it found no problems.
I was going to post the same thing....other than I didn't check out the site given.
My McAfee posts a warning note on sites that may be harmful. Since I do a lot of freebie searching....it sure comes in handy. I've messed up a couple of computers through the years by blindly clicking around.

VD clinics still treat many people that venture into 'new sites' without protection.

After all something about it caused you to even pose the question here. You can always format your hard drive and reinstall everything if you 'catch' something

That site isn't alway effective either. I just put in a URL that I know is bad and it is saying that it is good.

There are a lot of fake UNSAFE WEBSITE spams that seem to be going around. This is the same Rogue Antivirus spam that's been going around in different forms. They're being triggered by infected ads running on otherwise safe web sites, such as the Indiaexpress news site or on discussion forum sites. I've hit it twice in two weeks but not on City-Data. If you're getting it on the chatroullette web site, they'll probably have it fixed by removing the ad.

The attempted virus download page should be red and should contain a fake Windows Security Alert icon along with the warning "This website has been reported to Microsoft as unsafe" and ask you to go to the author's home page. Just kill the browser in Task Manager. If you think you're already infected, do a virus scan and run Process Explorer to see if there are any rogue processes running on your computer.
