I have AOL 9.0...all of a sudden the "Switch Screen Names" feature does not work. No settings were changed. Now to go from one screen name to another I have to sign off and then sign on again. I'm at my wits end

Trudy Rose ... as an FYI, AOL is making some changes/adjustments behind the scenes these days - not sure what they are or their purpose, but you might find that features stop working for a bit. Have you noticed that the Buddy List sometimes disappears off the screen? I wish they'd send out quick email notifications as an alert (how simple that would be) so that we members wouldn't think there was something wrong with our computers or our connections.

burgler09 - yup, AOL still exists :-) Quite frankly, and you can call me a dinosaur, but I like AOL.
