Hi everyone

I was wondering about your thoughts and experiences regarding TD Ameritrade. Also, what are your thoughts and experiences with Scottrade. Scottrade has the lowest fee at $7.00 but TD Ameritrade has more information on their website. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Scottrade and TDAmeritrade account. Scottrade is more user friendly and easier to read. However, TDAmeritrade has more tools for experienced investors.

Thank you so much for your input. I opened a Scottrade account in late February. However I thought about opening a TD Ameritrade account as well because their website has more options and tools. I thought about using Charles Schwab, but Schwab brokers will only tell you to trade more so they can get commissions. But Schwab has financial planners who can help someone like me who works a full-time job and doesn't have time to research EVERYTHING out there. It's just hard to decide which online brokerage to use.
