TDOC has been a big disappointment to the start of this year. It’s killing me here and in real life considering it’s one of the largest positions in both ARKK and ARKG (my top two holdings at the moment). Thankfully, there’s still 51 weeks left in the year.

And I see I have the honor of picking the worst performing stock so far, BLI. Individual biotech companies are always super risky, which is why I don’t invest in biotech outside of ETFs.

I briefly owned TDOC in the real world - but only because I owned Livongo, which was acquired all-stock by TDOC. I really like Livongo's business model. I consider TDOC's management to be a total cluster****. They can't plan their way out of a paper bag.

Merry Orthodox Christmas!
That was my plan also. Most of my picks were value or Fed tightening plays except for SLDP, which was more of speculative pick that has burned me a little so far.

We'll see how the year ends up though. I last played in 2019 and had a couple value picks that put me toward the bottom 2/3 of the game.

It’s pretty bloody out there. At this rate I won’t be in the green until the latter half of the year (let’s hope).

Overall, the economy is still strong and Omicron will wane eventually, so things will bounce back IMO. Until then, it’s just going to be a lot of fears about interest rate hikes amplified 10x by all of the algorithmic trading happening nowadays.
