I believe you need to be in an accredited investor, and even then those kinds of investments carry considerable risk.
I'd imagine the fees are much higher on any private equity as well.

neither would i .

if anything it could be all your eggs in an equities basket , but it certainly has done the same or better then a total market fund with enough diversification in holdings

This has been a good month so far, even though the gain has been relatively smaller.

The trend has yet to be broken.

I've heard estimates of the S&P 500 hitting 6000 by year end and 6500 by the end of next year.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's 6500 by this December. Declining interest rates + healthy economy + AI boom should keeping driving up the market. Of course, there could be a sudden uptick in inflation, war in Taiwan, or some other black swan event.
