Hi!

I have my driver's test in two weeks and wonder if some of you can give me advise on what to be extra alert of during the test!
Thanks.

Don't speed, even 1mph over the limit. Practice three-point turns and parallel parking. Make sure you stop completely for stop signs. Stay in your lane/don't go over the line. Lastly, be familiar with the car you are taking the test with. Know where the headlights, high beams, and hazard buttons are.

I failed my test first go around because I went over the speed limit by just a few mph.

I took mine last year, they didn't have me do any crazy parking. Just in a lined lot. I took the test 3 times, I'm pretty sure the first two people were having a bad day.

Failed the first because the light turned yellow while I was in the intersection.
Failed the second because the idiot couldn't read my speedometer. (that was in another city, I think like knoxville or something, I didn't know the town at all and was going 20, so I don't know how in the world she got that I was speeding.)

The third I'm sure was happy I got her away from two guys flirting with her in the office.

All I did was drive around a block or two in all 3 courses.

My only advice, come to a complete and TOTAL stop, the third tester mentioned this to me and still passed me.

The driving test is horses***, I pray you get someone who doesn't have a stick up their butt.

I agree with this too. I failed the first time because I went over the speed limit. However, the tester was a total b****. She complained about the position of the passenger seat and how the seatbelt was too tight. She would mumble to herself. It made me really uncomfortable.
