I hardly think someone calling a post "ill informed" is a personal attack. If there is an issue with another poster, please use the ignore feature rather than creating new posts to point such things out. If anyone needs help with this feature, please feel free to DM me.

Thanks.

Thanks Elle. I hope those rules will run both ways. I didn't care for his ill-informed post which incorrectly assessed the quality of previous commentary. It was a rather long and boring piece.

I hope Iowa City will create more opportunities for children to get out and run. Currently, I believe the existing opportunities are quite poor and reflect the local preferences.

I understand there can be issues with other posters, that is why the ignore feature was invented. I urge anyone to use it as they see fit.

Further posts that are merely fighting will be moderated or deleted, regardless of who posts them.

Side stepping a bit, there are several martial arts programs in the area. Some are fantastic, others are enthusiastic but less fantastic IMO. The university has special interest clubs of some styles, and international travelers that add to ICs diversity bring a lot of expertise to the area. It may take some digging to discover them, but they are there.
