What is it like to camp at the Clay County Fair and is it hard to get a site there. I read they take no reservations and hate to haul the camper there and there is no place to park it. Are you packed in there tight or is there a little room between campers. Are camp fires allowed there. If you camp there do you still pay to get into the fair everyday. thanks for any help.

They take no reservations. They rarely run out of camping spots. With todays slideouts on most campers, there's maybe 6 feet from your neighbors slideout to your door--very cozy! No campfires are allowed and yes you still pay entrance fee to the fair if you camp. Hope this helps.
