That's actually why it is needed. Nobody knows whether to post their stuff in Iowa or Illinois.

It would be nice to have a hyperlink to the QC forum from both Illinois and Iowa forum. Not sure how it would be placed in the hierarchical format of the forum though.

Good point, but I wonder really how unusual of an issue this is? . e.g....someone moving to Omaha/Council Bluffs area...wouldn't they have same issue? There are probably better examples....especially when you consider the East Coast states and how close in proximity the cities/metro's and state lines are in many instances.

Omaha and CB are different because probably 80%+ of the population is on the Nebraska side. Supposedly the QC is the biggest 2-state metro area where both states have a fairly even half of the population, so it may be a semi-unique problem. A linked-subforum would help with certain people in the Illinois forum that refuse to allow any Iowa-QC information to be discussed though...
