We might be sending our nineteen year old daughter via Trailways from St. Louis, MO to Davenport, IA. There's transfer and layover of two hours in Burlington, IA. ( 906 Broadway, West Burlington, IA 52655) How safe is it for a nineteen year old young woman travelling alone? It will be in the middle of the day for the transfer/layover.

Thanks for any info!

I've never been to the bus station itself, but I used to work in the neighborhood. It's a decent area, safety shouldn't be an issue at all especially in the middle of the day. It's within walking distance of Wal Mart and other retail stores if she needs something to do while she waits.

Thanks for your input! That's what I needed to know.
