I could find a Jewish person who fervently believes the Holocaust was a hoax. And, they could pen an op-ed for a paper about it. Would that mean the Holocaust never happened?

Fact is, the Confederate Battle Flag (which is not the same as the Confederate Flag) virtually disappeared from public view after the Civil War. It only re-emerged as a cherished symbol once the Federal government began telling elected officials in the South that black people deserve the same rights as white people. For some weird reason, Southerners resented being told that black people should be allowed any seat they chose on a bus, or that they can dine at a lunch counter with whites.

Why are racists so afraid to reveal their true selves these days? Why do racists have to hide behind BS explanations about the Confederate Battle Flag being a symbol of their heritage? If they're so proud about a heritage that includes chaining up black people in forced labor camps, why bother pretending to accept black people now? It seems cowardly.

At least the KKK still has the guts to spout their true feelings on the issue. I didn't think it was possible to be more cowardly than the KKK. The "Alt Right" is showing just how cowardly you can be without the hoods and white robes.

Could you...and it would be printed in Washington Post? Doubt it.

Anything is possible. You believe the Confederate Battle Flag was always flown in the South and was in no way connected to their fervent opposition to the Civil Rights' movement. That's way more far-fetched than finding a pro-Nazi Jew who could write a passable defense of Hitler's Final Solution.

Feel free to quote my comment where I made this claim.

This should be good.

How long did it take for Hitler to get mentioned?

Hitler makes everything better. Mentioning his name always makes the person sound smart and of sound mind.

Actually, the correct name is the "flag of the army of Northern Virginia".

Although, to be perfectly accurate, it would have to be square.
